NEST talent development helps (professional, mid-career) musicians and young professional grow and supports them on their path to a sustainable career, taking into account their own needs and ambitions. By offering them a network and helping them empower each other, we give them the right care and support at the moment they need it.

NEST is also a pool of artists. In this way, NEST can be a virtual (and in time also physical) co-working space, where you can find a sparring partner, both in other artists, as well as in NEST itself.
